In A few words

Who we are
Not a distillery, a platform!
Food Culture Inc. is a food and beverage company building an asset-light spirits platform. The Company owns or licenses beverage brands and packaging designs and works with qualified partners for recipe development and production. Its strategy is to build a flexible portfolio of premium spirits and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages across multiple brands, labels and formats, while controlling overhead and avoiding substantial owned production infrastructure. The Company plans to expand products and distribution selectively based on demonstrated demand.
The model
How we work →
Own or license the brand. Partner for production.
Food Culture owns or licenses brands and packaging designs. Qualified partners support recipe development and production; new products use the same network.
01 — Own or license
Stadium 2026 Collector Series launched in Ontario in June 2026 — already on shelves, not a someday.
02 — partner
Made by LAUNCHPAD in Collingwood, Ontario — real production, not a projection.
03 — Scale
Lazuli is the exclusive Canadian vodka collaborator behind it.
WHY NOW
Overall spirits volumes declined in 2025 — the worst-performing major alcohol category tracked by IWSR. Some were down 3% by volume. But inside that overall number, specific segments moved in the opposite direction.
Sources: IWSR Preliminary 2025 Data (April 2026); Mintel Canada RTD Alcoholic Beverages Market Report 2026 (citing LCBO).
01
Tequila was among the spirits subcategories posting volume and value gains in 2025.
02
Ready-to-drink spirits were the only major alcohol category to grow in 2025 — up 2% by volume and 4% by value.
03
Canada was named among the strongest RTD growth markets globally, alongside South Africa and Japan.
04
In Ontario, RTD sales grew 9.5% while total alcohol volumes fell 3.9%. RTDs now account for 63% of all spirit-based product volumes sold in the province.

Apply and develop

FISCAL 2027
Scale selectively
Broaden Canadian and US distribution where demand is demonstrated. Add products and brands through the partner network.
LONGER HORIZON
